Gaja would like to become a doctor!

Gaja is a 6 year old girl, studying in second grade. Her father works as a day laborer and earns an irregular income, which is just enough to keep his family of four fed and housed in Tamil Nadu, India. Gaja enjoys learning and wants to become a doctor so that she can help others! She has a knack for learning languages and is quickly learning English. Thanks to Elaine, Gaja has the opportunity to study academics for a year and is well on her way to achieving her goal of becoming a doctor.
