Vedhasri is a bundle of energy!

Dear Strand, Laura, Jacob, Vasikaran, Arvind, Erica, Julie, Amit, and Rama Krishna,

Vedhasri is a 7 year old girl studying in first grade. She is very good in her studies and also enjoys playing sports. She has one elder brother and one younger brother and they live together with their parents and grandparents. The combined income for their family is just 3500 Rupees per month (~$70).

The family finds it very difficult to support 7 people at home on that amount. As a result, it is hard to make education a priority. Thanks to the generous support of Amit, Laura, Strand, Jacob, Vasikaran, Arvind, Erica, Julie and Rama, Vedhasri will be able to attend Isha Vidhya for a year!
