Little Sathish loves drawing and art

Sathish studies in grade two in a school run by Isha Vidhya in Tamil Nadu. His father is a laborer and his mother is a housewife. He has two siblings.Santhosh loves drawing and art.

The financial situation of the family is such that Sathish barely gets to eat one proper meal in a day. The meals that he is fed are lacking in essential nutrients, because of which he is undernourished. Your donations,Ritesh, of a year of school lunches, will ensure that Sathish is fed one wholesome meal a day in school everyday for an entire school year. Proper nutrition will also ensure that he is less susceptible to illnesses, and can concentrate better on his studies.

Sathish does not live close to the school, and is forced to be absent on days when there is nobody to bring him to school. Thank you, Peggy, Thomas, Kelly and Ted and Pam for coming together to provide an entire year of transportation to bring Sathish to school and take him back home. Now, his attendance will be much better, and he will be able to learn more in school.

Thank you, Suresh, for donating a set of two school uniforms to Sathish. He comes from a family that struggles to make both ends meet, and his school uniform is literally the only “good” clothes that he has. He wears them with pride, and is happy to come to school daily, just to get an opportunity to wear them.
